超載時，主軸向下的黎明增大，迫使柱塞下的液壓油進入液壓傳動系統(tǒng)中的蓄能器，使破碎錐隨之下降以增大排料口，排出隨物料進入破碎腔的非破碎物鐵器、木塊等以實現(xiàn)保險。國產(chǎn)機器行業(yè)主要集中在低端市場，雖然我國企業(yè)逐漸往中端市場靠攏，但中端市場仍然以臺灣、韓國制造為主。長遠來看，中端市場是我國企業(yè)未來必須黎明的方向，在中端市場獲得一席之地并穩(wěn)定擴大市場份額對于我國金屬破碎機制造業(yè)的發(fā)展至關重要。
